What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
Most of our handcrafted pieces ship within 3 to 5 weeks. Once your order leaves our warehouse, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient arrival window.
Does Juniper offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatch kits for all our upholstery collections. You can order up to five different fabric or leather samples to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your space.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources. Use coasters and placemats to prevent moisture rings.
Do you offer assembly services?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes full assembly and debris removal for all large furniture items. For smaller items shipped via standard ground, basic assembly may be required.
